At first glance, this Cleobella Native Bag looks very similar to the Alive Fringe Tote that we previously featured. But if you look closely, you’ll see that they definitely give off very different vibes.

They might have the same braided shoulder strap and tassel detail but their similarities end there. First of all, the Alive Fringe Tote has chunky misshapen fringes while the Native Bag has tabs with pointed ends. Second, the Native Bag doesn’t have the extended braids hanging off from its sides. Lastly, although the Alive Fringe Tote is roomier because of its 3.5″-deep bottom, the Native Bag looks a lot more streamlined because it does away with depth completely.
What we like most about the Cleobella Native Bag is that it veers away from the common slouch and hobo-style of most fringe handbags. It’s a sleek and tough-looking handbag and the tabs for fringes is a very unique design.
