The clutch with metal chain fringe that Nicole Richie carried at the recent Golden Globe Awards can now be ordered at Singer 22. The purse was designed by Nicole Richie herself for her label, House of Harlow 1960.

The purse is made of black snakeskin with gunmetal fringe. It has a snake head accent with stone at the closure.
